We offer three tiers of protection at checkout so you can choose exactly what kind of protection you want on your things. Please note that to collect on this coverage, you must catalog your items and provide Stache Spaces a copy. It is your responsibility to take inventory of items you put into storage. This information is necessary when making a claim for damage or theft.
As long as the host is OK with it, you can store pretty much anything EXCEPT:
For your protection, we also do not recommend storing items with a collective value over $20,000 (excluding automobiles) or anything of significant sentimental or monetary value.
Stache Spaces has a 1-week minimum and no maximum length of storage rental.
We bill upon booking acceptance, and then every 4 weeks (28 days) after the booking's start date.
Stache Spaces requires a deposit on your space that will be returned upon completion of the lease assuming no damage to the property and no outstanding charges.
We will attempt to charge you once a day for three days following the due date of the payment. On day 4, if the payment has still not come through, you will be charged 5% of the payment each day until you complete the payment. On day 21, if you still have not paid, the lease will default and you will need to move out of your space.
You can cancel at any time; you just need to give us one billing period’s warning.
All of our facilities are accessible with keypad access so that you can access your space whenever you want, 24/7.
All utilities are included in the lease agreement.
You can use all common areas in the facility as long as you don’t block them from other renters.
